Based in Great Haddon, Peterborough, they're looking for a Community Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the community,
- Be the first point of contact for residents from enquiry through to move-out, creating memorable experiences and building genuine relationships
- Own occupancy, renewals and retention targets while organising community events and building local partnerships that bring neighbours together
- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance, manage contractors, oversee move-ins and move-outs, and ensure every home meets Luna Living's high standards
- Proven experience in property management or a customer-facing role within the residential or lettings sector
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive occupancy, renewals and retention while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with residents, local businesses and internal stakeholders
- Organised and proactive, comfortable coordinating maintenance, managing contractors and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and a commitment to health, safety and compliance in a regulated environment
- Qualification in Property Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in community management, lettings or residential operations
- Familiarity with residential tenancy law and the Renters' Rights Act
