Specialist Mortgage Advisor
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £35k OTE of £60k+
A specialist mortgage brokerage based in Cardiff is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint an experienced CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Broker to join its expanding team.
The business operates predominantly on a B2B basis, with the majority of its clients introduced by mortgage brokers across the UK. Brokers refer customers to the business when specialist lending expertise is required, when they do not have access to the most appropriate lender or product, or where a more flexible lending solution may better suit the customer's circumstances.
The business has established expertise across a broad range of specialist lending solutions, including:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a varied range of specialist cases, developing relationships with mortgage brokers and intermediaries while providing expert guidance on complex lending scenarios.
This is an opportunity for a mortgage advisor who enjoys finding solutions where mainstream lending may not be suitable and who wants to develop their career within the specialist mortgage market.
