Our client is a property management organisation seeking a Front of House Property Admin to join their team on a permanent basis. On a salary of £30,500, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors, ensuring the property runs smoothly, securely, and to a high standard every single day.

• Be the building's brand ambassador, managing access control, security, and resident relations across a 12-hour shift pattern
• £30,500 per annum with a structured 4 days on, 4 days off rota (7am to 7pm shifts)
• Hands-on responsibility for site maintenance, health and safety compliance, and day-to-day reactive maintenance coordination

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience in property management, facilities, or front-of-house operations
• Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and building security protocols
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle resident enquiries, complaints, and inductions professionally
• Competence in health and safety compliance, fire safety procedures, and site maintenance coordination
• Comfortable working independently on a lone worker basis and managing multiple priorities across a busy shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 1 or Level 2 qualification in Health and Safety or equivalent workplace safety training
• Fire Safety or First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain these
• Experience with property management software or building management systems
