Interested in advising across multiple mortgage types and benefitting from HNW leads?
This is for a Directly Authorised company that is able to help with some leads which are typically for mortgages of circa £500,000+. You will receive full admin support and can utilise the office as a base of work but to also learn from other Advisors. As a mortgage and protection advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice across 1st and 2nd charges, bridging, commercial mortgages, and equity release. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and meticulously checking lender products to offer the best solutions to clients.

- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
- Conduct detailed Fact Finds to understand client circumstances.
- Check and assess lender products to match client needs.
- 2+ years in mortgage and protection advising.
- Some clients of your own although there is additional lead support.
- Thorough understanding of fact-finding procedures.
- Ability to check compliance against FCA regulations.
