Our client is a successful property group establishing an ambitious new division in Manchester. They're seeking a Head of Property Management to lead this exciting venture on a permanent basis. Based in Manchester city centre on £50,000 to £60,000 plus performance bonus, this role offers the rare opportunity to build a department from the ground up, managing a growing portfolio of apartments and shaping a team you'll lead directly.

• Manage a small portfolio of apartments 
• Over see a team of 4
• £50,000 to £60,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus, flexible working hours, and modern office space in a luxury development
• Build and lead your own team, implement new processes, and shape the department's culture and direction

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience working in a busy lettings or property management office
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Hands-on experience with property lettings software and systems
• Strong customer service and organisational skills, with excellent written and spoken communication
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage landlord and tenant relationships, oversee maintenance, handle lettings administration, and ensure portfolio compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in property management, real estate, or business administration
• Knowledge of UK lettings legislation, including section notices and deposit protection requirements
• Experience managing and developing teams in a property or customer-facing
