Preferred Requirements:
- Support the Resident Services Manager in the delivery of customer service strategy and service to our agreed standards.
- Lead the Resident Services Associate (RSA) team to increase resident satisfaction and deliver high-quality services.
- Manage the RSA team rota, building strong relationships with external partners.
- Deputise for the Resident Services Manager as and when required.
- Collaborate with company-wide colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and encourage resident engagement.
- Previous experience working in organisations providing property management is essential.
- Demonstrable experience of effectively managing a successful team, with strong management skills.
- Qualifications in property or customer service would be advantageous.
