Trainee Property Manager.
Job Description:
Working hours:
8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
10.00am - 4.00pm (Every Saturday) + 1 day off during the week.
Holidays: 23 days + public bank holidays in any full calendar year. This is increased by 1 day each full year in service up until a max of 30 days + public bank holidays.
Job Role:
Day to day management of your own portfolio of landlords. Liaising between landlords, tenants and contractors. Carrying out regular property inspections, checkouts and inventories. Dealing with deposit returns, setting up new tenancies and carrying out referencing.
Salary:
£27,000 Trainee property manager (no experience necessary) with to a view to becoming a full property manager within 12 months.
