• Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life harmony with a schedule that includes Thursday off, Monday-Wednesday & Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, and Saturday 10am-4pm.

Preferred Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to effectively manage your diary and coordinate viewings.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to monitor the rental market and provide timely updates to landlords.
• A target-driven mindset, with the ability to consistently achieve an average of 10 lets per month.

• A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to ensure successful lettings transactions.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the company, with the opportunity to progress to a full Lettings Negotiator role within 12 months.
