We are seeking a Senior Property Administrator to join our team and spearhead the efficient day-to-day coordination of our team. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with various functions of the business, and demonstrate your natural knack for communication and teamwork.
If you have a passion for providing leadership and direction, motivating and coaching teams, and fostering trust and open communication, this could be the role for you. You will be responsible for managing the Property Administration team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and playing a key role in HR functions.
As a Senior Property Administrator, your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will drive the team to achieve their full potential as you identify training and development needs. You will also oversee daily internal operations, manage staffing levels, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Lead a high-performing Property Administration team, providing motivation, encouragement, and regular feedback to achieve objectives.
  • Create a collaborative and trusting environment that promotes open communication and creative thinking.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective delegation, and resource deployment.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in managing staff to drive team performance and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with various departments.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook to ensure efficient management of daily operations.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, coupled with strong customer service experience.
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to meet deadlines consistently.
