We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and develop our Manchester sales team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in property valuing and sales management, enjoys leading people, and is passionate about delivering results while maintaining high service standards.

This is a hands-on management role, suited to someone who wants to make a real impact and be part of a growing business that values getting the right person into the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and motivating a team of 4 individuals:
    • 1 Sales Progression Manager
    • 1 Valuer
    • 2 Sales Consultants
  • Carrying out property valuations and converting instructions
  • Driving performance against targets and KPIs
  • Coaching, training, and developing team members
  • Conducting regular one-to-ones and performance reviews
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
  • Supporting senior management with reporting and strategy
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Working Hours
  • 5-day working week
  • Weekend work required 1 in 4 weekends
    • Weekend hours: 10:00 – 16:00
    • Day off in lieu provided during the week
Experience & Skills Required
  • Proven experience in sales management
  • Previous valuing experience is essential
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Target-driven with a track record of achieving results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organised, professional, and confident in decision-making
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

Flexible dependent on experience.
Basic - £35,000 - £45,000 + REALISTIC OTE OF 80K+
