Are you ready to join an exciting, dynamic team as a Sales Administrator at a leading real estate company in Manchester We are seeking a motivated individual to provide vital administrative support to our Sales and Marketing Director, maintain Salesforce, and coordinate the smooth execution of development launches and events.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly reports on sales, enquiries, and progress on targets as well as other ad-hoc reports
  • Set up new developments on Salesforce and assist with the preparation and marketing of webinars
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team at sales, agent, and development events

Preferred Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with webinar software and PowerPoint presentations
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative support role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Any additional qualifications in marketing or event management would be advantageous
