A leading provider of market rental properties, is seeking a Resident Services Lettings Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary of GBP27,000 per year. As an RSLA, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our residents receive an exceptional service, while also contributing to the efficient management and maintenance of our properties.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous experience working in organisations providing market rental properties, travel & tourism, or hospitality
• Proven track record in leasing and lettings
• Awareness of health and safety requirements on-site and the ability to implement them effectively
• Strong experience working at business/private events would be beneficial
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in the property or hospitality industry
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
