- Liaise with the maintenance helpdesk to coordinate repairs, ensuring timely communication with residents and quality assurance through inspections.
- Organize and deliver approved community events that enhance the resident experience while staying within budget.
- Support the mobilisation of new properties and assist with administrative and project tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the residential property, hospitality, or office space sectors.
- Understanding of health and safety responsibilities within residential property management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using multiple business systems.
