- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds resident expectations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide seamless, high-quality resident services
- Contribute to the growth and success of our thriving property portfolio
- Utilise your property administration expertise to streamline operations and enhance the resident experience
- Manage a diverse range of responsibilities, from meet-and-greets and parcel handling to inspections and lettings viewings
- Ensure the efficient delivery of front and back-of-house functions, including amenity space management, voids and unit management, and tenant involvement
- Promote Grainger's brand and build strong relationships with external partners
- Demonstrate a commitment to health and safety, with the ability to implement appropriate measures when required
- Previous experience in the property, travel, tourism or hospitality sectors, with a focus on market rental properties
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language
- A passion for customer service and the ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and residents
