Become the Property Administrator at our exciting new build-to-rent development in the heart of Leeds! In this permanent role, you'll play a vital part in delivering an exceptional living experience for our residents. As the first point of contact, you'll provide friendly, efficient, and solution-focused support across a wide range of resident needs, from queries and maintenance requests to lease information and community engagement.

Resident Services Advisor at a Glance:

• Permanent role with a salary of £29,000 per annum

Preferred Requirements:

• Work closely with the General Manager and other staff to maintain the highest standards at the property
• Establish good working relationships with all tenants and assist them in the event of an emergency
• Acquire working knowledge of the technical equipment and ensure prompt assistance with any defects or malfunctions
• Maintain accurate logs of all visitors and ensure contractors have the necessary risk assessments and permits
• Provide a courteous, helpful, and professional service at all times, dealing with queries efficiently and directing them to the appropriate parties

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong customer service background and a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make considered decisions
• Organized, meticulous, and tenacious, with strong financial management skills and IT literacy
