A leading player in the Real Estate & Property sector are currently on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Regional Valuer to join the team on a permanent basis.
As a Regional Valuer, you will be an integral part of this forward thinking company, contributing to the agency assist, part exchange and new build incentive schemes, and also acting as an assisted move specialist direct for housebuilders. You will take the lead on all regional valuations and also assist in the creation of personalized marketing plans to drive the sales and reporting of our products.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your valuation expertise, lead surveys to completion, and produce comprehensive reports for both our clients and end users.
