You’ll be working closely with the Protection Advisers, providing end-to-end administrative support — from writing suitability letters and completing client documentation to liaising with insurers and third-party providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level administrative and technical support to Protection Advisers
- Respond to client and third-party queries professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete
- Support clients and advisers throughout the application process
- Draft clear, well-written suitability letters
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure full compliance at all times
- Follow up on applications by coordinating with insurers, medical providers, and other parties, keeping clients updated throughout
- Handle trust forms: sending, checking for accuracy, liaising with clients to make corrections, and ensuring completion with insurers
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role within financial services either mortgages or protection or both.
- Previous experience of working within an FCA regulated environment.
- Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- A proactive, positive attitude
