Property Manager – Independent Estate Agent | £27,000–£28,000 + Commission (OTE £30K+) | Full-Time | Warrington 
Are you experienced in lettings or property management and looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, independent agency? We’re a well-established estate agency seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
What’s on Offer:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu
• £27,000–£28,000 basic salary
• Commission structure – realistic OTE of £30K+
• Statutory holidays included

About You:

• You’ve worked in lettings or property management and understand the ins and outs of managing tenancies and client relationships
• You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills are a must – both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of rental properties
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Handling maintenance issues and tenancy renewals
• Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and legislation
