Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of current property management legislation and best practices
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise across various projects and portfolio priorities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with a range of stakeholders
- Experience with cladding remediation and major projects
- Financial acumen and excellent budget management experience
- Experience reporting to freeholders, management companies, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in using property management software and systems
