In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our dedicated health & safety platform, ensuring compliance and tracking key items. You'll monitor and audit the overall health and safety performance of our residential portfolio, while also liaising with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
You will assist in responding to health and safety specific enquiries, monitor third-party operators' performance, and play a part in the timely collection processes and deadlines relating to consultancy and fund management procedures. If you are a resilient, enthusiastic individual with a desire to progress professionally and have excellent customer service and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
