Preferred Requirements:
- Conduct routine inspections and promptly address fabric maintenance issues, such as repairing doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and floors
- Utilise your expertise in various materials, including wood, metal, and plastic, to undertake painting, decorating, and a range of DIY tasks
- Identify and address safety hazards, ensuring all maintenance and repair activities comply with relevant regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes
- Comprehensive experience in property maintenance and fabric upkeep
- Sound understanding and experience of health and safety procedures and requirements
- Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to work collaboratively
