Job Role: Property Valuer 
Location: Stockport 
Salary: £27,000-£33,000 OTE £50,000+

Become a Property Valuer and take the lead in winning new business for our growing team. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £33,000 and the opportunity to earn an OTE of £50K+ with an uncapped commission structure. As a Property Valuer, your sole focus will be on conducting market appraisals, self-generating new leads, and providing exceptional customer service to help our clients achieve their property goals.

Preferred Requirements:

• Conduct market appraisals and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the local property market
• Self-generate new business using our extensive database, marketing tools, and community engagement
• Effectively communicate with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Identify additional services, such as mortgages, conveyancing, auction, and survey
• Create professional property listings, including measure-ups, photos, 360 tours, and videos

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of listing/valuing experience
• Proven track record of working in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skill
