This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £35,000, plus commission and bonuses, making it an opportunity not to be missed. You'll have the chance to build and shape this position from the ground up, eventually becoming an Area Manager overseeing the lettings operations across four branches in Cheshire.

Preferred Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Lettings Manager, Lettings Director, or Branch Manager, with a proven track record of success in the lettings industry
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills to build and motivate a high-performing team
• Proficiency in all aspects of lettings management, including marketing, client relations, and financial management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement strategic solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
