Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Consultant, Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Senior Lettings Consultant
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Passion for the property market and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Previous experience in a similar lettings or property management role
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and rental trends
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
