Preferred Requirements:

• Attend and manage tenant move-ins, completing inventories and check-in documentation.
• Carry out routine property inspections and report maintenance issues back to the office team.
• Support the preparation of properties prior to new tenancies, ensuring they are clean, compliant, and presentable.
• Assist with move-out appointments, checking condition reports and facilitating smooth transitions.
• Deliver welcome packs and provide a warm, professional welcome for new tenants.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
