Junior Asset Finance Associate - London

The successful candidate will gain exposure across all areas of the business — sales, operations, and credit — providing support where needed and developing a well-rounded understanding of asset finance. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Asset Finance team with day-to-day activities across sales, operations, and credit.
• Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and processing finance applications.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth delivery of finance solutions.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of asset finance products, processes, and compliance.
• Contribute to team projects, offering ideas to improve efficiency and client service.

Candidate Profile:

• 6–24 months’ experience in a professional environment (finance background useful but not essential).
• Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable with a strong desire to build a career in asset finance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Degree educated or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
