Preferred Requirements:
- Undertake regular site checks and ensure compliance with operational standards
- Lead on procurement and tendering exercises to secure best value services
- Manage service contracts and maintain up-to-date records of all work carried out
- Oversee the waste management plan and liaise with the Council and local refuse agencies
- Nurture and support more junior members of the team, promoting best practices
- Proven experience in a similar estate management role, preferably within the residential sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and project management capabilities to oversee multiple priorities
