Completions Manager

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience in completions, with a strong understanding of the sales and conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in sales techniques to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience in using CRMs system, such as HubSpot would be advantageous but not essential.
• Previous experience dealing with mortgage brokers, solicitors and the conveyancing process 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in real estate, law, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or property sector, ideally off-plan and completed property.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex transactions.

Salary and Benefits:

• £30,000 DEO with an OTE of £40,000
