Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a CRE portfolio across residential, mixed-use, and commercial property
- Lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers and Analysts
- Originate new deals and structure credit proposals for complex clients
- Liaise across internal teams to ensure efficient, compliant delivery
- Represent the bank externally with clients, brokers, and stakeholders
- Strong background in commercial property lending across asset types
- Experience managing mid-sized transactions (£5-10m)
- Skilled in credit writing, risk management, and deal structuring
- Effective leader and communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Proven experience building and managing internal and external relationships
