About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our bridging finance portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing New Business: Identify and pursue new opportunities across your network of brokers, introducers, and property professionals.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships to generate high-quality leads and long-term partnerships.
- Deal Structuring: Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to package deals that meet client needs and risk criteria.
- Market Engagement: Actively represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and meetings to raise our profile and pipeline.
- Proven experience in a BDM or sales role within bridging, development, or specialist lending
- A strong network of broker and introducer relationships across the UK
- Deep understanding of short-term property finance and market trends
- Ability to drive new business and close deals independently
- Ambition, energy, and the hunger to exceed targets
- Salary: Up to £70,000 base, depending on experience
- Commission: Uncapped, paid on every deal—no thresholds, no limits
