Business Development Manager – Bridging, Development & Refurb Finance
Location: Remote (Monthly office visit, London)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE: £100k+)

The Opportunity:
A well-capitalised and fast-growing specialist lender is expanding its sales team and looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive origination across bridging, development, and refurbishment finance.
They don’t believe in rigid targets or overly corporate structures. Instead, they back smart people with real-life experience, a strong broker or developer network, and a hunger to write deals. If you can bring in business and assess risk sensibly, you’ll be given room to thrive—and be paid properly for your success.
Who They’re Looking For:
✔️ Based north of the Watford Gap – Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool, Newcastle... geography is open, network matters more.
✔️ Someone who’s earned their stripes – maybe started out in a call centre, software sales, or a tough commercial environment, then broke into specialist lending and proved themselves.
✔️ A natural deal originator with a track record in bridging or property finance, and the broker relationships to back it up.
✔️ Confident working remotely, independently, and delivering results without being micromanaged.
