Contract: 6-Month FTC
Salary: Up to £28,000 

An established invoice finance lender is seeking an Invoice Finance Administrator to join their operations team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to gain experience within a reputable lender known for its supportive culture and client-focused approach.

The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of client facilities across invoice discounting and factoring products. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate processing of invoices, reconciliations, and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing daily payment runs and reconciling client accounts.
  • Supporting cash allocation and funding processes.
  • Investigating and resolving client queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and supporting internal reporting.
  • Assisting with compliance and audit requirements as needed.
Candidate Profile:
  • Prior experience in invoice finance, factoring, or financial administration (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident using financial systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Team-oriented, organised, and adaptable.
